Job Title: Technical Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support Specialist to join our Process Automation team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our Process Automation business by providing technical and sales support, with a focus on instrumentation and valve actuation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery and profitable sales.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales managers and product management teams.
  2. Technical Support:
    • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
    • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  3. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Assist in compiling sales reports and analytics for senior management.
    • Conduct market research and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Product Development:
    • Collaborate with product management teams to develop and launch new products and services.
    • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
  5. Pricing and Inventory Management:
    • Recommend pricing and inventory management strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely product delivery.
  6. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product management, and logistics teams.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, sales managers, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business.
  • Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation and valve actuation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
