Position Overview
The Technical Support Specialist will be an integral member of a dedicated team, delivering a customer-centric, efficient, and dependable support service to a diverse user base across various regions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with team members to cultivate effective working relationships, ensuring seamless interdepartmental cooperation to optimally assist our clientele.

Your responsibilities will include researching and developing technical solutions to address customer inquiries and requests. This position requires full-time on-site presence in our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within a team of Technical Support Specialists, providing advanced support services to the organization.
  • Ensure the resolution of all incidents, service requests, and assigned tasks.
  • Assist in organizing and delivering remote support visits, including liaising with external service providers.
  • Oversee processes related to the acquisition, configuration, deployment, and disposal of IT equipment for users.
  • Engage in the Incident Management Triage process, facilitating the prompt and efficient handling of incidents.

Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:

  • Experience with a variety of technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, Citrix, Windows desktop environments, Apple mobile devices, MDM software (such as Microsoft Intune), Office365, SCCM, and Networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Significant experience in a technical support role within a dynamic IT environment.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Experience utilizing service management tools.
  • Demonstrated capability in collaborating with both internal and external vendors and contractors.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation and support materials.
  • A valid driving license and a willingness to provide support across various regions as needed.
