Senior Administrative Partner to Chief Human Resources Officer

JTR Limited is experiencing a transformative phase and substantial expansion, and is in search of a skilled and seasoned Senior Administrative Partner to assist the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
In this capacity, you will deliver proactive strategic and operational administrative assistance to the Executive, thereby enhancing the CHRO's efficiency. You will oversee a complex schedule and work closely with leadership across various levels, employees, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive and administrative assistance to the CHRO and the HR Executive team, including comprehensive calendar management across different time zones.
- Oversee the CHRO's email correspondence and meeting arrangements, monitoring responses, highlighting critical or urgent matters, compiling data, and preparing or refining reports and presentations.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Manage and facilitate the preparation of board and related documents, ensuring timely review and endorsement by the CHRO.
- Offer program support and project management for HR initiatives as required.
- Proactively plan and prepare for meetings, such as HR Leadership Meetings and Business Reviews, including managing agendas, logistics, materials preparation, and documenting actions.
- Monitor and administer budget processes.
- Prepare expense reports, initiate purchase orders, and track invoices.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a proven track record of supporting a C-suite executive or have an equivalent combination of experience and higher education within a dynamic corporate environment.
With exceptional planning and organizational abilities, your capacity to anticipate business needs, manage multiple projects, and effectively prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines will be essential.
Your aptitude for handling sensitive information and collaborating with senior management will be vital to your success. Proficiency in Office 365 is a prerequisite.
In addition to professional expertise, we are looking for a cooperative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills, who is resourceful and enthusiastic about supporting a senior executive in HR.
