The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and managing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating a Positive Company Culture
  • Implementing and Managing HR Strategies
  • Bridging Management and Employee Relations
  • Overseeing Performance Appraisal Systems
  • Assessing Training Needs and Implementing Training Programs
  • Ensuring Legal Compliance in Human Resource Management
