Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Support Role

We are seeking a skilled Second Line Support Specialist to join our team at Silverbear Ltd. as a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Support Engineer.

About the Role:

  • Provide timely and effective support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform based applications for our key clients in the membership sector.
  • Investigate and resolve system problems, perform root cause analysis, and propose solutions to improve system performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle urgent priority tickets and develop solutions to resolve incidents, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with new projects and acquire necessary knowledge and technical documentation for BAU support.
  • Mentor and train support team members on incident resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Common Data Model, Common Data Service, and other related technologies.
