IT Support Engineer Opportunity

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in Guildford. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our clients' IT infrastructure.

The Role

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be working closely with our IT and wider teams to support on-prem services and get involved in hardware/software support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing training and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for our clients' IT infrastructure
  • Work closely with our IT and wider teams to support on-prem services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Provide training and support to our clients
  • Assist in ensuring IT systems and procedures are documented
Requirements
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office & Windows
  • Active Directory
  • IT Service/desktop experience working hands-on with hardware and software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
