Job Overview

RedRock Resourcing is seeking an experienced Administrator to join its growing team in the Cheshire & Merseyside region. As the face-to-face contact with patients/users, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Install and maintain software and hardware, including Android and iOS-based technology
  • Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients/users, stakeholders, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Knowledge of software and hardware maintenance, including upgrades and development
  • UK Driver's license
