We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Administrator to join our team at the Archdiocese of Liverpool. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality administrative support across all sections of the department.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Finance and other departmental staff
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and letters
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes
- Support the officers of the APCMC and Property/Surveying teams
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and other documents
**Requirements**
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
