Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Service Delivery Manager to join our expanding team based in the Gatwick office. As a key member of our clinical management team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services, working closely with our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all clinical elements of contracted services are met, and our in-house clinical team and contractors are responsive, courteous, and empathetic.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and management teams, promoting the interests of our patients, clients, and business.
  • Oversee site visits to IPRS Aeromed sites, undertake clinical supervision, and ensure the delivery of day-to-day clinical operations to the highest standard.
  • Consistently evaluate service delivery, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
  • Ensure all services delivered comply with local, national, and international initiatives, policies, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified HCPC Paramedic or NMC Nurse (E)
  • Member of the College of Paramedics (CoP) and Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) or Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) (E)
  • Evidence of relevant continuing professional development (E)
  • A formal Management or Leadership qualification (D)
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification as a paramedic or nurse (E)
  • Experience of leading, managing, supporting, and motivating teams (E)
  • Primary and acute secondary care experience (E)
  • Good I.T. skills (E)
  • Ability to speak fluent English (E)
  • Ability to speak languages other than English (D)
  • Full driving license and own transport (E)
