IPRS Aeromed provide expert clinical solutions across a variety of specialist markets and sectors. We major in security-based environments including custody suites of magistrates and crown courts.

Our services are delivered by highly experienced Paramedics and Nurses lead by our in-house Clinical Team.

**Position**:
Due to exceptional business growth, IPRS Aeromed are now seeking an additional **Finance Assistant** to join the team to provide financial and administrative support to the Finance Team and on occasions to the operational team as required. As well as additional support to IPRS MTS.

To process case closures daily on the online scheduling system, ensuring all invoice information is in place to support the raising of invoices to a range of clients.

Managing the submission and authorisation of all medical staff and supplier invoices, whilst reporting progress to the Finance team Leader.

**Main Job Duties:
Process all case closures accurately daily, in line with the submission of timesheets and other completion paperwork including expenses submitted by Clinical sub-contractors.

Process all incoming invoices against pre-agreed costs and approve or decline as appropriate. Process invoices through our inhouse scheduling system and ‘a-cloud’ platform, liaising with our Group Finance team as required.

To assist with the development and implementation of new finance processes for a new division of the business

Liaise with the operational team on referrals and associated invoicing, ensuring all sub-contractors are paid in a timely manner.

Stock management - to order and maintain stock levels and replenishments via the in-house stock system, including weekly and monthly stock takes & audits. Maintain close contact with sub-contracted staff to ensure stock is correctly accounted for.

Build strong relationships with the appropriate finance colleagues for current and new clients & maintain clear lines of communication.

Ensure compliance with GDPR, Information Security and all other regulations and policies.

Scanning and Filing documents.

Undertake a hands-on approach to and other administrative & financial duties as and when business demands may deem it necessary.

Inform the Finance Team Leader other senior colleagues immediately of any factors that may affect delivery of the service as soon as they arise, with proposals to remediate the situation.

Always promote and deliver a consistent level of finance and administrative excellence.

To undertake any other duties compliable with the grade of the post as required.

Assist in delivering Finance Inductions to the contractors when requested.

**Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING**:

- Minimum AAT Level 2
- Good A level passes in Mathematics and English Language.
- A minimum of one-two years corporate experience in a similar role.
- Experience of accurate data input and financial systems.
- Experience of managing supplier invoicing
- MS Office - Intermediate Level - Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint. Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, VLookup, Charts/Graphs)

- Ability to time-manage effectively to meet agree deadline in a demanding environment.
- Good communication skills with the ability and gravitas to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously ensuring good prioritisation al all times.
- Confident self-starter with the ability to work in a flexible manner in a changing environment.
- Ability to proactively work on own initiative with mínimal supervision and able to collaborate with and support a close team.
- Positive, proactive, calm, logical, diligent with a desire to learn and progress.
