Job Title: Director of Primary Care Transformation

NHS Scotland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the transformation of primary care services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive primary care transformation strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive performance improvements and new ways of working
  • Oversee primary care contracts and ensure delivery to required quality and standards
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and direction to the primary care team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading complex healthcare transformation programmes
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
