In this role, you will lead large-scale customer transformation programs, driving digital innovation and delivering exceptional client outcomes. You'll be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams, developing talent, and fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex customer transformation programs, encompassing digital solutions, platform implementations, and quality assurance.
  • Manage and mentor large, multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our consulting capabilities in customer experience, digital transformation, and related areas.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including proposal development, client relationship management, and new market exploration.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with KPMG's frameworks and best practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

You possess a deep understanding of the customer transformation landscape and a proven track record of success in leading large-scale projects. You are a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships at all levels.

Your expertise extends to one or more of the following areas: digital transformation, customer experience design, customer insight analysis, customer-centric operating models, stakeholder engagement, contact center optimization, CRM implementation, and customer-centric culture development.

You are passionate about driving innovation and delivering measurable value through transformative initiatives.
