Blue Yonder is in search of an EMEA Legal Counsel who is enthusiastic about technology and eager to contribute to a rapidly growing global SaaS organization. This position is integral to Blue Yonder's vibrant global Legal Team, concentrating on EMEA Commercial Contracts by providing support to the EMEA sales divisions and managing negotiations for revenue transaction agreements.

In this role, you will collaborate across various departments and engage with finance, product development, privacy, and security teams to facilitate the expansion of the company's SaaS operations. The ideal candidate will possess an agile mindset, curiosity, and an open approach, along with exceptional communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualified and regulated in a UK jurisdiction, candidates should have between 1-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a proven track record in navigating diverse local laws and cultural nuances. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and additional language capabilities are advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to revenue.
2. Offering strategic guidance to internal stakeholders.
