EMEA Legal Counsel

In this role, you will collaborate across various departments, working closely with finance, product development, privacy, and security teams to facilitate the scaling of the company's SaaS operations. The ideal candidate will possess an agile mindset, curiosity, and an open approach, complemented by exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Candidates should be qualified and regulated in a UK jurisdiction, with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), and have a solid understanding of navigating diverse local laws and cultural nuances. Proficiency in English is mandatory, while additional language capabilities are advantageous.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to revenue
- Offering strategic guidance to internal stakeholders
