About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team at The Language Business. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in building relationships with life science and medical industry clients across French and German speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and develop a deep understanding of their business needs and goals.
  • Source and recruit top talent for life science and medical industry clients, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
  • Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
Requirements
  • Fluency in French or German is essential, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the life science and medical industries.
  • Previous sales or recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training is provided.
  • A positive 'can do' attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £28,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped sales commissions, with the potential to earn £50,000+.
