German or French Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team at The Language Business. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in building relationships with life science and medical industry clients across French and German speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your own accounts and client base, working towards your own targets as well as team targets.
- Interview candidates face-to-face and over the telephone, attending exhibitions and industry events to network and gain market information.
- Regularly attend client meetings and business pitches to develop strong relationships and understand client needs.
- Support functions such as candidate consulting and assisting colleagues in candidate communication to achieve business objectives.
- Fluency in either French or German is essential.
- Graduate in life sciences or related science or a business studies or related subject.
- Previous sales or recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training is provided.
- A positive 'can do' attitude, excellent relationship building skills, and a good understanding of medical or life science terminology.
- Basic salary from £28,000 for graduate entry level up to £35,000 for experienced sales or recruitment background candidate + sales commissions (uncapped, realistically you will be able to achieve £50,000+).
