Role Overview

As the Product Operations Manager at Reapit, your primary responsibility will be to synchronize roadmap materials, uphold agile methodologies, formulate pricing strategies, and coordinate go-to-market initiatives across the product division on a global scale. You will also ensure that marketing efforts are aligned to create a unified strategy and execution across the organization. Your role will be pivotal in driving product success through collaboration with senior leadership, process optimization, and ensuring alignment across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Engage with senior product management and delivery leaders to define and execute product strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive global roadmap that reflects individual product roadmaps in collaboration with the Heads of Product Management.

Process Enhancement:

  • Refine and enhance product development processes to boost efficiency.
  • Adopt best practices for product management, emphasizing agile methodologies.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work alongside engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product success.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various teams to maintain alignment.

Performance Evaluation:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance.
  • Conduct regular assessments and analyses to evaluate product performance and identify improvement areas.

Capital Management:

  • Provide assurance to the Chief Product Officer regarding the proper implementation of the capital allocation model across the organization.

Customer Insights:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide product development.
  • Conduct market research to comprehend customer needs and industry trends.

Risk Assessment:

  • Identify potential risks throughout the product lifecycle and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.

Product Lifecycle Oversight:

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and beyond.
  • Ensure successful product launches and conduct post-launch evaluations.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding product status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure transparent and effective communication across all organizational levels.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Demonstrated experience in go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing product narratives.
  • Familiarity with scalable agile frameworks for enterprises, particularly SAFe.
  • Leadership experience within an organization utilizing SAFe.
  • Attention to detail with the capability to convey complex ideas and solutions clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or equivalent.

Impact and Success Metrics

As a Product Operations Manager, your early success and impact are expected to manifest as follows:

  • Within 1 Month: Achieve proficiency in Reapit's product processes and tools, engaging with key stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and the product organization’s influence. Participate in essential meetings to identify immediate priorities and delivery risks for your assigned products.
  • Within 3 Months: Establish strong working relationships with the UKI Product team, Partnerships team, Platform Engineering team, Marketing team, and broader stakeholder group. Actively contribute to key meetings and take ownership of product discovery and requirements definition.
  • Within 6 Months: Become a vital member of the UKI Product function, serving as a reference point for your products and demonstrating a solid understanding of Reapit’s customers and target market.
