Customer Service Supervisor

This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £27,372 - £31,169 per annum.

As a Resident Contact Supervisor, you will have a key role in managing the day-to-day running of the contact centre and managing a team of advisors, dealing with escalations on a complete range of council services.

The day-to-day management of operational activities includes:

  • Meeting our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by managing the performance and activity of staff
  • Management of various software packages and a cloud-based telephony system
  • Excellent digital skills

Ideally, you will have worked in a supervisory or management role preferably in a customer service environment and will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with excellent communication and IT skills.
