Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Remy Cointreau. As a key member of our Supply Chain Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive industry-leading service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure that customer satisfaction is central to everything the Customer Service Team does. Focus on people development and consistently improve the capabilities of the Customer Service Team.
  • Complaint Resolution: Manage complaint resolution and attend customer review meetings.
  • Process Improvement: Drive collaborative efficiency projects and analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements.
  • Supply Chain Management: Responsible for BPO of the Order To Cash (OTC) process and attend meetings to contribute to the International BPO network.
  • Customer Service Procedures: Deploy customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the organization and continuously seek opportunities for improving customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrable relevant experience in Supply Chain and/or Order Management.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of and experience in Order to Cash processes, EDI systems, and data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Skills: High-level customer focus and excellent customer service skills, project management skills, and ability to set a strategic vision.
