Job Title: Aftersales Customer Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Customer Services Manager to join our team at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive industry-leading on-time, in-full service.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain and/or Order Management, with experience in Order to Cash processes, EDI systems, and data analysis. You will be responsible for deploying customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the organization and continuously seeking opportunities for improving customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on people development and consistently improve the capabilities of the Customer Service Team.
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is central to everything The Customer Services Team do.
  • Managing complaint resolution and attending customer review meetings.
  • Drive collaborative efficiency projects and responsible for BPO of the Order To Cash (OTC) process.
  • Analyses data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable relevant experience in Supply Chain and/or Order Management.
  • Knowledge of and experience in Order to Cash processes.
  • Understanding of EDI systems.
  • Good data analysis and reporting skills.
  • High level Customer Focus and excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Project Management skills and experience.
