Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Godden Green. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality care to patients on Castle Ward, a 12-bed female PICU.

About the Role

As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the nursing team and participating in multi-disciplinary team processes
  • Preparing daily plans to ensure adequate staff resources and meeting patient and staff requirements
  • Leading regular care audits and providing clinical leadership and coaching
  • Maintaining excellence through clinical practice development and quality improvement
  • Attending training and engaging in CPD to further knowledge and promote nursing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years' experience as a RMN or RNLD
  • The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
