VF Corporation is seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager UK & ROI to join our Marketing team based in London, UK.

The ideal candidate will lead marketing activities for Vans in the UK & ROI markets, focused primarily on wholesale, events & sports marketing, whilst supporting the central marketing functions on retail activations, seeding and media placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the brand strategy with local nuance in a way that's undoubtably right, and aligned, for the brand in your marketplace
  • Deploy annual brand story map, focused on five key tenets: wholesale launches, events, local relationships/partnerships, retail & PSS activations, and seeding activities & media placements
  • Establish a deep understanding of consumer dynamics of your marketplace
  • Identify existing and future opportunities for Vans to deliver impact
  • Manage the budgeting process end-to-end, ensuring accounting processes are managed in a timely and comprehensive way
Requirements:
  • A solutions-first outlook
  • An affinity for the Vans brand and the culture that surrounds it
  • A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing, fashion, retail or business are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements
