Trade Marketing Manager

A Trade Marketing Manager is sought to oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies for a leading luxury skincare brand. This position involves bridging the gap between the company and its clients, ensuring brand consistency and improving the company's market position.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the beauty industry, with a strong understanding of marketing strategies and planning. They will be responsible for developing and implementing retail marketing strategies, working closely with sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage agencies and external partnership relationships to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store design plans to create an engaging customer experience.
- Provide trade marketing support for promotional events and product launches.
- Track and evaluate sales performance to inform future marketing strategies.
- Coordinate the production of sales and marketing materials to ensure consistency and quality.
