Position Overview:
As an HR Officer, you will be integral to the management of essential HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and advisory responsibilities. This position offers significant flexibility, primarily allowing remote work with minimal office presence required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Facilitate the hiring process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- HR Advisory Duties: Provide guidance on HR matters and assist with employee relations issues.
- Training Coordination: Plan and manage training initiatives and company events.
- HR Compliance: Keep HR records up-to-date and ensure adherence to relevant policies.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum.
