About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services Team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning marketing materials that help drive business growth across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand's visual identity.
  • Design and develop in-store elements, such as vouchers, signage, and window displays, that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Artwork and resize assets for Style News Editorial, Retail Screens, and Retail Signage, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Design and develop social media graphics, including resizing assets and editing/resizing videos, to engage our online audience.
  • Support the Presentation Designer with internal and external communications, including building presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Conceptualize visuals and develop designs following a brief, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Assist with the management of assets, typography, logos, icons, and branding, maintaining our brand's visual consistency.
  • Communicate with senior team members to receive feedback and ensure alignment with our brand's vision.
  • Support the design team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects, providing guidance and expertise as needed.

Requirements

  • Valid working rights for the EMEA countries.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a graphic design role.
  • Degree in Graphic Design.
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
  • Able to manage time effectively and manage multiple projects.
  • Work efficiently to deadlines.
  • Passion for fashion and understanding of the Luxury & Streetwear industry.
  • Strong communicator who can liaise at all levels.
  • Able to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Strong design portfolio with digital and physical projects.
