About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Administrator to join our Administration team at Hollyns Health & Wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient appointments, home visits, and results notifications
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Process prescriptions, handle patient correspondence, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the effective running of the Practice, covering receptions tasks during extended hours and supporting holiday and sickness cover
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Practice software
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Flexibility to cover extra hours as required
