About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Administrator to join our team at Hollyns Health & Wellbeing. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient appointments, including scheduling and rescheduling as needed
  • Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process and manage patient medical records, including updating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of patient materials, such as appointment reminders and health education materials
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including preparing and maintaining patient charts and records
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
  • Assist with the coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments and communicating with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the practice
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative setting required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including electronic medical records
