About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Administrator to join our team at Hollyns Health & Wellbeing. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient appointments, including scheduling and rescheduling as needed
  • Process patient requests, including prescription requests and medical record updates
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of patient records
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
