Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Assist with hemodialysis machine setup and maintenance
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
