The Patient Safety Review Specialist plays a crucial role in spearheading investigations and assessments related to patient safety within the organization. The primary objective is to uncover systemic issues that contribute to incidents and grievances, ultimately fostering enhancements in patient safety protocols. This role ensures that investigations adhere to organizational standards and promotes a culture of ongoing learning and enhancement.
The Specialist will report directly to the Senior Patient Safety Manager and may assume their responsibilities when necessary.
