Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Director to lead the development and management of our product capabilities within a dynamic and transformative environment. This role is pivotal in driving the delivery of business solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and leveraging contemporary technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Product Roadmap: Develop, maintain, and own the Product Roadmap for business solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and industry best practices.
- Lead Product Design and Implementation: Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Product Roadmap, ensuring customer satisfaction and return on investment.
- Manage Product Function Teams: Manage and mentor the Product function teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence, and value for money.
- Oversee Partnerships: Oversee the management of internal and external partners supporting the delivery of the product roadmap, setting clear expectations and maintaining strong commercial relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in products, including 2-3 years managing product teams and influencing business strategy within an enterprise-wide or shared services operations; public sector experience is desirable.
- Technical Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud technology supporting back office services.
- Market Evaluations: Experience in market evaluations/assessments for technology supporting back office services (e.g., HR, finance, commercial).
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in technology development and implementations.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, providing clear direction, support, and resolution.
- Product Strategy: Expertise in shaping product strategy, product delivery capabilities, and product life cycle processes.
- Technology Strategies: Experience in creating technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to business strategies.
- Business Transformation: Demonstrated ability to lead the development and implementation of business technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Ability to identify dependencies, assess risks, and implement effective risk mitigation plans.
- Networking: Strong networking and relationship-building skills across the organization.
- Core Services: Knowledge of core end-to-end services covering commercial, finance, and HR scope of services.
- Public Sector: Understanding of public sector shared services and the challenges they face.
Benefits:
