About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Brand Manager - Heinz Meals position within our Northern Europe business unit, based in London. This role will involve working closely with our senior marketing team to develop and implement effective brand strategies, drive business growth, and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans, leveraging consumer insights to drive business growth and brand equity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Category Development, Sales, Finance, R&D, and Operations, to drive business results and achieve growth targets.
  • Design and implement innovative communication plans, including PR activations, to build brand awareness and drive long-term growth.
  • Manage innovation and renovation projects, working closely with the cross-category team to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Lead the media plan execution for the meals category, partnering with our agencies to deliver outstanding work.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in brand management, with a strong understanding of consumer insights and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex messages and situations.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding business targets.

The successful candidate will be based in London, with regular travel to other locations as required.
