Due to an exciting pipeline of study awards, we are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team.

Job Summary

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing and curating relationships with existing clients and building them into long-term profitable ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client and Vendor Management:
    • Prepare client and/or vendor meeting agendas, as well as take, file, and distribute meeting minutes.
    • Identify and escalate performance issues with clients and/or vendors.
  • Project Management:
    • Prepare reports in the defined time frame.
    • Review copy ensuring compliance with all necessary regulatory/client requirements.
    • Manage medical writing, artwork development, website, digital campaigns, and animations.
    • Oversee retention item selection, translations, and printing and shipping of materials where needed.
  • Profitability Management:
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies within the unit and across the company.
    • Manage budgets including financial forecasting on a study/program level, client invoicing, obtaining vendor quotes, creating task orders, requesting budgets, drafting change orders for review, approving pass-through invoices, and identifying out-of-scope requests.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Input into the creation of copy, artwork, websites, digital campaigns, and retention item selection.
  • Specialist Responsibilities by Discipline:
    • Client & Vendor Management:
      • Production/filing/distribution of translation vendor agendas and minutes where applicable.
      • Good understanding of processes across translations.
      • Participate in translation vendor oversight meetings and provide feedback on performance.
    • Project Management:
      • Support the translation process including filing and timely tracking of received documents, supporting QC allocation, and completing quality checks.
      • Review bilingual tables and create country-specific Master English documentation according to local customs.
      • Support/manage printing and shipping processes when required.
    • Profitability Management:
      • File maintenance and tracker completion.
      • Budget management including approving translation vendor invoices and obtaining translation vendor quotes.
      • Planning & Development: Plan and organize work to drive business priorities forward while continuing to learn.
      • Ability to multitask and manage a variety of projects simultaneously.
