Customer Account Executive
Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical Business Development
Our client, a leading engineering and manufacturing company in the UK, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role will involve regular site visits, meetings, and communication with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role will also involve working closely with the Sponsorship Manager to develop proposals and deliver results-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out site visits to customer facilities and hold regular meetings to support the ongoing development and delivery of their services.
- Manage customer records and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Work alongside the Sponsorship Manager to help deliver proposals for potential customers.
- Maintain a database of potential customers, tracking engagement and conversion efforts.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to develop proposals.
- Commitment to equality and diversity in the workplace.
Requirements:
- A valid UK driving license.
