Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our ambitious team and drive the growth of our business through effective paid marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies across Meta, Google, and other channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth and founders to define campaign goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content and messaging that drives campaign performance.
  • Effectively manage budgets to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply a test-and-learn mentality to continuously improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and implementing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on Meta and Google.
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the importance of creative and messaging in driving campaign performance.
  • Ability to work proactively and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of wider marketing channels, including SEO, CRM, and their impact on paid marketing performance.
  • A solution-focused mindset and ability to confidently manage upwards through to C-suite level.
  • Desire to learn, challenge, and progress with the support of COAT Paints.
