About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the UK market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Marketing Efforts: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including content, digital marketing, events, webinars, and analyst interactions.
  • Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy and editorial calendar to create multifunctional content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Marketing Operations: Manage and execute marketing programs on behalf of sales and provide guidance to representatives on executing program elements independently.
  • Performance Metrics: Measure and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and provide insights to improve future initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on insurance and insurtech.
  • Insurance Experience: Proven success in revenue generation through multi-channel demand generation campaigns and client-centric marketing.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Track-record of account-based marketing and experience in marketing enterprise solutions within the B2B sector.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong individual with sector knowledge from a vendor/product standpoint and ability to think strategically.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: C£80-90,000 base salary.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: 3 days in the office.
