As a Client Relations Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clientele, ensuring a positive and professional interaction. Your role is crucial in making lasting first impressions, providing a warm welcome, and ensuring safety and hygiene protocols are followed. Additionally, you will enhance customer loyalty through exemplary service.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, your primary duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
  • Establishing rapport and trust with clients by engaging with them and proactively addressing their needs
  • Meeting performance indicators and sales objectives set by management
  • Overseeing the efficient operation of the front desk area, managing access to the facility
  • Facilitating customer bookings and sales, guiding clients in their selections while promoting retention
  • Contributing innovative ideas to enhance programming and meet customer demands
  • Handling customer complaints with sensitivity and professionalism, escalating issues as necessary
  • Preparing and serving food and beverage orders, assisting with service as needed
  • Presenting and selling food and drink items to customers in a friendly and efficient manner, adhering to company standards
  • Restocking food and beverage displays, ensuring they are well-presented and priced appropriately
  • Receiving and managing food and beverage deliveries
  • Conducting basic record-keeping tasks, such as monitoring temperatures and tracking waste
