Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on trust and estate planning, including the creation of domestic and offshore trusts.
  • Develop and implement asset protection strategies for clients, including protection against care home fees, divorce, and bankruptcy.
  • Prepare Wills and inheritance planning for UK-based and international clients.
  • Provide estate-related tax advice and handle the administration of estates with assets across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage cases involving international conflicts of law.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in trust and estate planning.
  • A solid background in creating both domestic and offshore trusts.
  • Expertise in asset protection, particularly in relation to care home fees, divorce, and bankruptcy.
