Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate as a key member of the HR team, fostering effective relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of cases, prioritizing tasks based on individual case requirements and relevant deadlines.
  • Provide direct support to Managers, serving as the HR representative on intricate employee matters, including hearings and appeals across multiple locations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience managing a variety of complex HR cases.
  • Thorough and current understanding of UK employment law and its implications for employers.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with individuals at all levels in a clear and collaborative manner, especially during challenging situations.
  • Proven ability to work in partnership with a range of stakeholders.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 7) is preferred.
  • Experience in applying a commercial and pragmatic approach to HR risk management in challenging scenarios.
  • Flexibility to adapt in an agile work environment to meet deadlines and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Ability to demonstrate capability building within a coaching framework.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possession of a full UK driving license is required for field-based responsibilities.

Compensation package includes a salary of up to £43,000, along with a company car and additional benefits.
