AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that our clients receive exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Property Portfolio Management**: Work closely with our existing Property Manager to manage our property portfolio, ensuring that all properties are properly maintained and that our clients receive excellent service.
- **Tenant Management**: Oversee the referencing of new tenants, preparation of properties, and paperwork for new tenancies.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Conduct regular check-ins and check-outs, arrange reactive and proactive maintenance work to the satisfaction of both landlords and tenants.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Arrange inspections, compliance, and safety certificates to ensure that all properties meet the required standards.
- **Viewings and Tenancy Negotiations**: Conduct viewings, screen tenants, and negotiate new tenancies to ensure a good match between tenant and landlord.
- **Reporting and Administration**: Conduct house inspections, report on matters arising, and maintain accurate records of all property-related activities.
**Requirements**
- **Experience**: Proven experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- **Education**: Relevant qualifications in property management or a related field.
