**Job Summary**
Tile House Surgery is seeking a Care Navigator to join our team. As a Care Navigator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. You will be responsible for greeting and directing patients, booking and managing appointments, and handling various administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Greet and direct patients in a polite and courteous manner
* Book, cancel, and move patient appointments as needed
* Handle incoming emails and faxes according to practice procedure
* Assist GPs with requests and refer patients to local domiciliary services
* Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks
**Requirements**
* Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong IT and administration skills
