Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Huntress - Maidstone. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in customer service, particularly in the new build sector.


Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be essential in facilitating communication between home buyers and the teams responsible for addressing repairs during the two-year defect period. Your role will involve:

  • Managing inquiries from customers regarding their new homes.
  • Coordinating with repair teams to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the process.
