Key Responsibilities
  • Field servicing, installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of innovative products.
  • Keeping detailed service and test records to ensure flawless operations.
  • Providing vital technical support to clients whenever needed.
  • Working closely with service, technical support, and sales teams to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contributing to the improvement of product design by feeding back customer feedback, complaints, and sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Excellent technical ability and a knack for solving complex problems.
  • Strong communication and customer care skills - you will be the face of the company.
  • A natural ability to approach fault finding with a logical, analytical mindset.
