We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our retail team in Maidstone, United Kingdom. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

  • Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems to efficiently manage store operations.
