Administration and Customer Support Specialist

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly organized and self-motivated ADMINISTRATION AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing queries, and supporting the activities of our sales and buying teams.

- Responding to Sales Enquiries: You will respond to sales enquiries via phone, email, and trade counter, developing your knowledge of packaging materials, and promoting products to existing and new customers.">
- Account Development: You will call existing and new customers to promote our products and manage their needs, ensuring a positive customer experience.">
- CRM Management: You will ensure the CRM system is up-to-date, including contact details, customer queries, and complaint management.">
- Face-to-Face Interaction: You will serve customers face-to-face, handling cash transactions, and perform general administration duties as required.">
- Liaising with Colleagues: You will liaise with purchasing, operations, and sales colleagues to ensure customer requirements are met.">
- General Administration: You will perform general administration duties, including specific task breakdowns by customer service team member.">

- Customer Service Experience: You must have previous experience in customer service, both via phone and face-to-face.">
- Computer Literacy: You should be computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly.">
- Attention to Detail: You must have strong attention to detail and questioning skills.">

- Ability to Multitask: You must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.">
- Project Experience: Project or project experience would be beneficial but not essential.">
- Geographical Knowledge: Geographical knowledge of the country and road network would be advantageous.">
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
