About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Developer to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our digital learning team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality e-learning solutions that meet the needs of our learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop effective e-learning applications for learners, including colleagues and external partners.
  • Ensure the Trust provides maximum availability of accurate, high-quality, and up-to-date learning via the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Identify, develop, and maintain e-learning and digital learning solutions that are engaging and easy to understand.
  • Resolve end-user problems and ensure digital learning data is trackable and correctly recorded, and provided as required to enable accurate reporting.
  • Keep abreast of new developments in e-learning and incorporate those into development as agreed.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of LMS systems and ability to use various software packages to produce learning that includes image manipulation software, text, animations, and videos.
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running and availability of e-learning on a day-to-day basis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
