About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our Corporate Learning Team at Devon County Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering learning content to support the training and development needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver learning content, including workshops and online training, to meet the needs of our workforce.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development Team Manager and other team members to provide high-quality support for workforce development matters.
- Carry out project work, including identifying workforce development needs, developing and implementing workforce development plans, and evaluating impact and measuring effectiveness.
- Work with a learning management system as an administrator, or have the ability to learn new technology quickly.
Requirements
- Strong learning and development background, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexibly and be comfortable with working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience of working with a learning management system, or the ability to learn new technology quickly.
