About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our team at Organic Development LTD. As a key member of our SEO team, you will be responsible for owning the SEO workstreams, including managing retainers, delivering training, and collaborating with the wider team to ensure a quality-first approach to cross-channel client projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the SEO workstreams, including managing retainers, delivering training, and collaborating with the wider team.
  • Helping to manage client relationships, including communicating with senior team members, providing real-time reports, and ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, updates, and changes, and identifying opportunities to improve and develop both personally and what Organic offers to clients.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience working within SEO.
  • Knowledge across key areas of SEO and best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Sistrix, Deepcrawl, and Screaming Frog.
  • Ability to self-learn and progress quickly.
