About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our team at Organic Development LTD. As an integral part of our SEO team, you will be responsible for owning the SEO workstreams, including managing retainers, delivering training, and collaborating with the wider team to ensure a quality-first approach to cross-channel client projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • SEO Workstreams
    • Manage retainers on a weekly basis, from initial consultation to creation and delivery of training.
    • Deliver training to other clients and develop workstreams for other clients.
    • Respond to ad-hoc client queries around SEO and consult with them to identify solutions.
    • Act as an integral part of SEO relationships with various clients and spot opportunities to inspire account growth.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Communicate and support the senior team on strategy and gain client approval on ongoing projects.
    • Provide real-time reports into results against target KPIs and offer insights and advice on achieving best results.
    • Ensure client expectations are met and targets are delivered within set timeframes.
  • Experience and Requirements
    • 1+ years working within SEO.
    • Knowledge across key areas of SEO and best practices.
    • Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Sistrix, Deepcrawl, and Screaming Frog.
    • Ability to self-learn and progress quickly.
