Job Overview

**SAVVY MEDIA & DIGITAL RECRUITMENT** is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports to support business operations
  • Coordinate and manage office assets, equipment, and meeting room arrangements
  • Collaborate with the building management team to ensure seamless building access and maintenance
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new staff members, including setting up accounts and providing necessary documentation
  • Support accounting processes, including invoicing, expense reconciliation, and tracking outstanding payments
  • Handle a range of administrative tasks, including supplier management, procurement, and data entry

**Requirements:**

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Office, and calendar management
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with bookkeeping software like Xero (or similar)
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Experience in HR processes and legal documentation (desirable)
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and international standards (desirable)
